Refund policy

We value our customers and do our best to get it right the first time! If we are in error we will replace the missing item.  Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we do not give refunds. 

Refunds will NOT be given due to not agreeing with processing times. We have processing times in place to ensure each order is handled with care. 

In the event of a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us immediately. Please send us photos showing the damage or faulty item.  You may be asked to return the damaged/ faulty item.  After review, you will be issued a replacement or a giftcard to the website. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 

 

If a product is not instock or damaged before shipping, a giftcard for that amount will be issued. No monetary refund will be issued.
