Shipping policy

 All items will be processed within 10 BUSINESS days (Monday- Friday) Excluding weekends holidays, and shipping. Your order will be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS day. Processing does not start until the NEXT business day after the order is placed. example..if you order on Tuesday and there is not holiday on wednesday, your processing starts on Wednesday. If you order on Friday-Sunday and there is no holiday on Monday, your processing starts Monday. If there is a holiday on Monday, your processing will start on Tuesday or the next business day. It is highly recommended to join the Facebook group for the processing calendar, updates, tutorials & more.

Custom laser cuts may day an additional 3 business days. Buy-ins will ship out as they come in. Buy ins can take 3days to 10wks pending what the item is.  We strive to get it out the door as fast as possible!

**If you need to change your address, be sure to contact me directly. DO NOT just change it on your order. If you do not contact me directly, I will not be responsible if it gets delivered to the wrong address. Nor will I issue any type of compensation in such situation. In the event you did notify me and I ship to the wrong address, I will be sure to make it right. If you do not put the correct address on the order and it gets returned to me, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the order after it is delivered back to me.
